Energy and Mood Booster Session by Ms.Rajeshwari Muralidharan
The students preparing for their board exams attended a special session on "Stress Management."
Ms. Rajeshwari Muralidharan, an organizational psychologist, was the resource person. She provided attendees with advice on how to deal with stress and anxiety.
In addition, she gave several yoga and stretching demonstrations that would help students unwind.
The activities were put into practice by the students, who felt they were helpful and pledged to do them at home frequently. In the end, the pupils found the session to be gratifying.
