Celebrating Endurance: Honouring Our Marathon Achievers
During a special assembly held on August 12, 2024, the school recognized the outstanding achievements of Ms. Jeo Ponni of Grade XII, Ms. Joy Nila, and Ms. Santhoshini of Grade IX. These students participated in the 8km Cauvery Delta Youth Revival Marathon, showcasing their dedication and endurance.
The marathon began at Darasuram and concluded at Idhaya College. Upon completion, all three students were awarded gold medals and certificates, acknowledging their exceptional effort and perseverance. The school community applauded their accomplishment, which is an excellent way to encourage other students to participate in fitness and community-oriented events.
