With Communicative Approach and Content Based Teaching being the fulcrum of its tactical gambit, the Department of English prioritizes everyday communication. It also strives to improve the students' English language skills by teaching English for practical purposes, in addition to preparing the students for taking their CBSE exams. On top of that, the department allows ample scope for students to find expression to their thoughts in English. It takes various initiatives and conducts a whole host of other language programmes to infuse interest in the students and motivate them. The department consists of a team of teachers that updates itself in keeping with the modern trends and learners' growing demands firmly believing in 'learning by doing.'
